1. General Information

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Bus Nordika AS.
We follow applicable Norwegian consumer regulations, including Angrerettloven (Right of Withdrawal Act) and Forbrukerkjøpsloven (Consumer Purchases Act) where relevant.

Customer satisfaction is essential to us, and we will always do our best to ensure a smooth, fair, and transparent process.


2. Returns

Returns may be accepted within 15 days of your purchase date.
If 15 days or more have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange unless required by Norwegian consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • In the original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)

Bus Nordika AS reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be granted in the following situations:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete

  • The product shows minor handling marks not caused by misuse

In all cases, documentation (photo/video) may be required.


4. Refunds & Complaints

Once your returned product is received, our team will inspect it and send you an email confirming:

  1. That we have received your return

  2. Whether your refund request has been approved or rejected

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.

Processing Time

Refunds usually appear within 3–10 business days, depending on:

  • Your bank’s processing time

  • Credit card issuer delays

  • Official posting timeframes


5. Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or card account

  2. Contact your credit card issuer

  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary)

6. Sale Items

Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded unless they are defective upon arrival or covered under Norwegian mandatory consumer protection laws.


7. Product Replacement / Exchange

We only replace products if they arrived damaged, destroyed, or defective.

We will offer a solution as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted

If the returned item (or items) value exceeds 100 USD, we strongly recommend using:

  • A tracked delivery service

  • Or shipping insurance

Bus Nordika AS cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are sent without tracking.


9. Compliance with Norwegian Consumer Law

In addition to the rules listed above:

Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

If the product qualifies under Norwegian Angrerettloven, you may cancel the purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the product.
This right applies only if the product is:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

For hygiene-related products (cosmetics, supplements, capsules, and other sealed consumables), the right of withdrawal does not apply once the seal is broken, in accordance with §22 of Angrerettloven.

Defective Goods (Forbrukerkjøpsloven)

If a product is faulty or defective, consumers may have rights to repair, replacement, or price reduction under Forbrukerkjøpsloven, regardless of the 15-day return period.
