1. Shipping Destinations

Bus Nordika AS ships orders:

  • Within Norway

  • To all countries in Europe

  • To most international destinations worldwide

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

  • During peak periods or promotions, processing times may increase slightly.

A confirmation email will be sent after your order is placed, and a separate email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

  • Norway: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 4–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures, carrier delays, strikes, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

  • All shipping options available for your country will be displayed before payment.

  • Bus Nordika AS may occasionally offer free or discounted shipping during promotions.


5. Tracking Information

  • Most international orders are shipped with trackable delivery services.

  • Tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to monitor tracking and to contact the carrier if delivery issues occur in their region.


6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

All orders are shipped from Norway.

For destinations outside Norway, the customer is responsible for:

  • Local import VAT

  • Customs duties

  • Handling fees

  • Any other charges required by the destination country

These costs are not included in product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

If a customer refuses to pay customs fees and the shipment is returned or destroyed, Bus Nordika AS may deduct all related costs from any refund, or decline a refund entirely depending on the carrier’s conditions.


7. Customs Delays

Customs authorities in your country may inspect or hold shipments.
Bus Nordika AS cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs

  • Additional fees imposed by customs or carriers

  • Shipments returned due to unpaid duties or incorrect documentation provided by the customer


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to pick up the package

  • Refusal of delivery

… the customer may:

  1. Pay shipping again for redelivery, or

  2. Receive a refund minus:

    • original shipping cost

    • return shipping cost

    • any carrier penalties or fees

If the parcel is not returned to Bus Nordika AS, no refund can be issued.


9. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears lost or excessively delayed:

  1. First check the tracking information

  2. Contact the carrier directly

  3. If the issue is unresolved, contact Bus Nordika AS

For damaged items:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

  • We will assess the claim and provide a replacement or refund according to the situation


10. Shipping of High-Value Orders

For orders exceeding a value of 100 USD (or equivalent), we strongly recommend choosing:

  • A tracked shipping option

  • Shipping insurance

Bus Nordika AS cannot guarantee receipt of untracked shipments.


11. Changes to This Policy

Bus Nordika AS reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect changes in logistics, carrier services, or legal requirements. The most current version will always be available on our website.
