These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases and use of the website operated by Bus Nordika AS. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, Norwegian law, and applicable EU consumer regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the website.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

To make a purchase, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/legal guardian consent

  • Provide accurate and complete personal information

  • Use a valid payment method that you are authorized to use

We reserve the right to refuse any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

3. Product Information & Availability

We work to ensure all product descriptions, ingredients, images and prices are accurate.
However:

  • Minor deviations in color, packaging or texture may occur

  • Product availability is not guaranteed

  • We may correct errors, update information or change prices at any time

If an error is identified after purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in NOK unless otherwise stated.

  • Norwegian orders include MVA (VAT).

  • International orders may be VAT-exempt, with import duties/taxes added by destination countries (to be paid by the customer).

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • Klarna

  • PayPal

  • Other methods displayed at checkout

Payment is captured at the time of order.

We are not responsible for additional bank fees, currency conversions, or card issuer charges.

5. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed:

  1. You receive an order confirmation by email

  2. When the order ships, you receive a shipping confirmation

  3. We may contact you if information is missing or requires verification

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Stock unavailability

  • Technical errors

If an order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is handled according to our Shipping Policy.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • Dispatch times may vary

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed

  • Customs inspections may create delays

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and correct address

Bus Nordika AS is not liable for losses caused by courier delays, customs processing, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Customers in Norway have rights under:

  • Angrerettloven (Right of Withdrawal Act)

  • Forbrukerkjøpsloven (Consumer Purchases Act)

The right of withdrawal (14 days) applies only if the product is unused, unopened and in original condition.
Due to hygienic regulations, sealed consumables (vitamins, supplements, capsules, skincare that requires hygiene integrity) cannot be returned once opened.

Refunds are issued only after:

  • Items are returned

  • Inspected

  • Approved by our team

We reserve the right to decline returns that violate the stated conditions.

8. International Taxes, Duties & Restrictions

For orders outside Norway:

  • Customers are responsible for all import duties, VAT and customs charges

  • Failure to pay such fees may lead to the shipment being held, returned, or destroyed

  • Refunds for unclaimed or refused shipments may be reduced or denied depending on carrier charges

We do not take responsibility for items restricted by local laws; the customer must ensure the product is legal to import into their country.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, images, logos, branding, product descriptions, and design—is the exclusive property of Bus Nordika AS or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Modify

  • Sell

  • Reuse

  • Publish

…any of our content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Norwegian law, Bus Nordika AS shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs

  • Allergic reactions, misuse of products, or failure to follow instructions

  • Loss or damage caused after delivery to the shipping address you provided

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory Norwegian consumer law.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • War, conflict or terrorism

  • Pandemic or major health emergencies

  • Government restrictions

  • Transport disruptions

  • Strikes or industrial actions

During such periods, delivery or processing times may be extended.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Your data is processed in accordance with:

  • GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

  • Norwegian Personal Data Act

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway.

Any disputes shall be resolved by:

  • Negotiation first

  • If unresolved, the legal venue is the competent Norwegian court where Bus Nordika AS is located, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise

For consumers, disputes can also be escalated to:

  • Forbrukertilsynet (Norwegian Consumer Authority)

  • Forbrukerklageutvalget (Consumer Complaints Board)

14. Changes to Terms

Bus Nordika AS may update these Terms at any time.
The current version will always be available on our website.
